Growth Hacker & BD Lead

We are looking for a Growth Hacker & Business Development Lead who can combine marketing expertise with a strategic mindset to accelerate CrewTeQ's growth. This role demands a creative problem-solver who can experiment with bold marketing strategies, build a scalable lead generation pipeline, and develop new business opportunities. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing and business development efforts, with direct influence on the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and business expansion
  • Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Create and manage growth experiments across digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid ads) to optimize conversion rates and expand the customer base
  • Business Development: Identify, develop, and manage partnerships and opportunities to increase revenue streams and grow market share
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure performance and refine marketing tactics based on data insights
  • Content & Campaign Creation: Develop compelling content (blogs, case studies, videos) and launch high-impact marketing campaigns that increase brand abilities
    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, stay ahead of industry trends, and benchmark against competitors
    • Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with product development and overall business goals
    • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver strong ROI
    • Scaling & Experimentation: Constantly experiment with new growth tactics and distribution channels to fuel rapid scaling, with an emphasis on innovative and non-traditional marketing techniques

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related role, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment
  • B2B Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B marketing for tech-driven businesses, including an ability to convey technical value propositions to decision-makers
  • Strong track record in lead generation, funnel management, and conversion rate optimization through digital marketing channels
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, social media management, email automation)
  • Ability to create high-impact content for tech audiences across various platforms (social media, blogs, video)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, CRM systems) to drive decisions based on data
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, engineering, and sales to align efforts and achieve shared goals
  • A growth mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to test, iterate, and scale strategies that work
  • Familiarity with the Tech Industry is a must and understanding of Embedded Systems, Cloud Technologies, IoT, and the broader technology landscape is a plus 
  • Experience in Tech Product Marketing and proven experience in marketing technical products or services, particularly in software or hardware domains
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking, with a focus on rapid experimentation and innovation
